Delivery Information


Our postage and packing charges are as follows (UK Mainland Only)

Standard delivery - £4.50
All orders over £75 – FREE DELIVERY
Any order under £10 we offer a cheap & cheerful 2nd class delivery - £2

We aim to dispatch goods in stock within one to two working days of receiving your order and payment, however please allow up to ten days for delivery. In most cases, in stock items will be received sooner but this allows for any unforeseen delays particularly during busy periods. We will notify you by email should there be any reason for an unusually long delay or problem with your order in which case we will offer you alternative options.

If your item is required urgently, we do offer an express delivery option whereby we can dispatch in stock items within 24 hours of ordering sending by Royal Mail Special Delivery. Please allow up to two working days for delivery. The cost for this option is £8.50 on all orders (including those over £75).

Some items on our site are made to order and sent directly from the supplier. This information will be provided in the individual product details and delivery times will be clearly stated on these products that may differ from those offered by Fair and Fabulous directly.


Overseas Delivery


We are always happy to receive orders outside the UK Mainland however we would ask that you please contact us first via email at info@fairandfabulous.co.uk before placing any order through our site, giving details of the item/s you wish to purchase, your address and contact details and when the delivery is required. We will then be able to provide you with a delivery cost quotation based on the weight of the item/s and delivery method.


Packaging


All of our delivery costs include the cost of packaging materials. Fair and Fabulous use, wherever possible, recycled packaging materials with either 100% recycled content or the highest level of recycled content available. Most of our packaging is also recyclable so we would ask you please to re-use or recycle these materials after you have received your order. That would be fantastic! Thank you.


Returns Policy


We have chosen the products we sell on our site with great care and hope that you love them as much as we do! However if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you are required to notify us no later than 10 days after receipt of the goods by sending an email to us at info@fairandfabulous.co.uk, stating the reason for wishing to return the item/s. We will then reply giving you a unique returns number that must be clearly shown on the outside of your parcel when returning to us. Any returns without a returns number will not be accepted.

Goods must then be returned immediately in their original packaging, unused and unworn using the returns address label provided on your packing slip. Alternatively, please return to:

Please note that Fair and Fabulous are not responsible for paying any shipment costs for returns. We would also advise that when posting any returns you obtain a free certificate of posting available at all post office counters as proof of returning goods.

On receipt of returned items, Fair and Fabulous will refund the total price of the goods, less the original delivery charge, via the payment method used for purchasing the items within 30 days.

Please also note that certain products on this site are bespoke made to order items and will clearly state that they cannot be exchanged or refunded unless faulty or damaged during transit. Please notify us of any problems in the same way within 10 days of receiving the goods.


Faulty or Damaged Goods


We aim to make sure all purchases reach you in perfect condition however in the unlikely event that any goods arrive damaged or are faulty, please follow the same procedure as above by emailing us, notifying us no later than 10 days after receiving the goods and returning the items to us unused or unworn in their orginal packaging.

We will then be able to offer you a replacement with free delivery, or if you would prefer, a full refund can be arranged once we have received the damaged/faulty goods back, including your initial delivery charge. This refund will be made via the payment method used for the original purchase within 30 days. Please note that if you choose to receive a refund rather than a replacement, Fair and Fabulous will not be responsible for the cost of any postage to return goods to us.

PLEASE NOTE THAT NOTIFICATION OF RETURNS OF ANY NATURE AFTER A TEN DAY PERIOD FROM RECEIPT OF YOUR ORDER WILL NOT QUALIFY FOR REPLACEMENT OR A REFUND OF ANY KIND.
